How Long Does the Membership Card Last? Your SPG membership card is valid for 365 days, from the date of subscription until the same date the following year. You can view the exact expiry date on the front of your card, so you can set a reminder in your calendar when it’s time to renew. Or leave it to us! Provide us with your email address or phone number, and we will notify you via email or SMS about the time to renew, inviting you back to our offices to activate the new card and discuss your experience from the past year, thinking about how to make our services even more “tailored to your needs.”
Where is the Membership Card Valid? The card can be used at all SPG offices in the various Canadian provinces where we are present. Simply present it, in paper or digital form, to SPG staff to take advantage of the benefits reserved for you. Additionally, you can show your SPG membership card to merchants at all the stores we partner with to obtain exclusive discounts for our members, no matter where you are. How Can I Activate My Card? o sign up for the SPG membership program and activate your card, visit your nearest SPG office or fill out the form on our website to schedule an appointment. The card is personal and numbered, so you will need to provide us with your personal details to associate it exclusively with you. The cost of the “regular” membership card is $70, but involving friends in this program is even more convenient! If you bring a friend, you will indeed get a $20 discount (paying only $50 for the card), and if you bring 2 (or more) friends, you will receive the SPG card completely FREE!
